Jeremy Stroud, P.E., CPM, was named executive director of the N.C. Global TransPark in January 2025.

 

Stroud has worked for 18 years at the N. C. Department of Transportation, steadily advancing through numerous leadership roles.
 

After earning his degree from N.C. State University, Stroud  began his career in the Transportation Engineer Associate program. His dedication and expertise led to key roles within NCDOT’s Highway Division 2, including assistant resident engineer, division bridge maintenance engineer, Pitt County maintenance engineer, assistant division maintenance engineer, division maintenance engineer, deputy division engineer and division engineer.
 

Stroud brings a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to fostering economic development and transportation innovation in eastern North Carolina. He lives in Snow Hill with his wife and children.
