GTP Website Translated into Chinese

(Kinston)— The N.C. Global TransPark (GTP) Authority has launched a Chinese translation of its website today, thanks to help from the newly formed North Carolina China Center.

The website, which can be found at www.ncgtp.com/cn, highlights the GTP project and features historical timelines, available buildings, current news, and other information.

“We're thrilled to offer our website in another language, especially Chinese,” said Darlene Waddell, Executive Director of the N.C. Global TransPark Authority.

Waddell added, “Providing this language translation is a proactive approach to communicate with a nation that presents exciting business opportunities.”

Duane Long, Chairman of the North Carolina China Center, said, “It was our pleasure to provide the translation work for the TransPark's website. China is a region of great opportunity and partnership, and this site will help open the China market to the TransPark.”

Officials at the North Carolina China Center say they hope their contribution to the GTP will help both North Carolinians and the entire Chinese speaking world learn more about each other, fostering mutually beneficial business, cultural, and educational opportunities.
